Refund policy

At SITESBYSETH, we provide digital products and custom digital services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Digital Products

For downloadable digital products (such as themes or files):

  • All sales are final once the download link has been successfully delivered.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered after delivery.

Exception:
If a download link is not received and access cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.

Custom Website Services

Custom website builds are custom digital services, not physical products or instant downloads.

  • Once production has started, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

  • Production is considered started once onboarding is completed or work begins.

  • Delivery is considered complete once site access, credentials, or a live URL is provided.

Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final once work has started, regardless of personal preference or subjective satisfaction.

No Returns or Cancellations

Because all offerings are digital or custom services:

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations once delivery or production has begun

Ownership and access transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

Support & Delivery Issues

If you experience issues such as:

  • Not receiving onboarding instructions

  • Not receiving a download link

  • Difficulty accessing delivered materials
