Refund policy
At SITESBYSETH, we provide digital products and custom digital services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are subject to the terms below.
Digital Products
For downloadable digital products (such as themes or files):
All sales are final once the download link has been successfully delivered.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered after delivery.
Exception:
If a download link is not received and access cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
Install guarantee: If you buy a theme with the "Installed + optimized" option and it isn't live on your store within 48 hours of us getting access to your store, the $100 install fee is refunded. The theme itself stays non-refundable.
Custom Website Builds (Store Build)
Store builds are custom digital services. You can pay in full ($250) or 50/50: $125 to start and $125 when your store is done.
Don't like it? Full refund. If you're not happy with your finished store, tell us before you pay the final 50% (or within 7 days of handover if you paid in full) and we refund everything you paid.
30-day conversion rework: If your store had a previous site and your conversion rate isn't higher than your old site's after 30 days live, we rework the store free. This is a free rework, not a cash refund.
Delivery is complete once site access or a live URL is provided. Ownership of the store transfers to you on delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
Apart from the store build guarantee and the install guarantee above, digital products can't be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Support and Delivery Issues
If you experience issues such as:
Not receiving onboarding instructions
Not receiving a download link
Difficulty accessing delivered materials
