When your store is done: after you've reviewed it on the private link and your changes are in. Nothing else is due before that. Rather pay once? Pick Pay in full.

Full refund. You see the store on a private preview link first, with two rounds of changes. Tell me before you pay the final 50% (or within 7 days of handover if you paid in full) and I refund everything you paid.

• Drops + preorders: yes. Regular products sell as normal and I set up the drop with a countdown and signup. Preorders run through Shopify (Continue selling when out of stock); deposits need a preorder app.
• Size chart: yes, built from your measurements. Reign marks fit per product; Skeleton adds a height/weight finder.
• Landing pages: yes. Tell me in the form (VIP list, drop access, in-store QR) and I build them.
• Klaviyo / Shopify Email: signups go into Shopify with email consent, which both use. I connect your Klaviyo form if you have one.
• No code after: you edit everything in Shopify's theme editor. I show you where.

It's for stores that had a site before. We compare your old site's conversion rate over its last 30 days with the new store's first 30 days live. If the new one isn't higher, I rework the store free. It's a rework, not a promise of sales; traffic, product and price still matter. Brand-new stores get the refund guarantee instead.

It runs on Reign or Skeleton, my own themes, whichever fits what you sell, so there's no third-party theme to buy and no agency in the middle. Installed on its own puts a theme you bought onto a store you already run; the build is the whole store done for you: home, collections, product pages and policies built around your catalog, domain connected, two rounds of changes and a recorded handover.

Yes. I rebuild it on Reign or Skeleton inside your existing Shopify account, so your products, orders and customers stay where they are. That's what the 30-day conversion guarantee is for: if the new store's conversion rate isn't higher than your old site's after 30 days, I rework it free.

Yes, this is the option for that. You open the Shopify account at shopify.com (Shopify bills its own plan, about $39 a month on Basic; that's Shopify, not me) and add me as a collaborator: Shopify gives you a 4-digit code under Settings → Users, so I never need your password. I build everything else and hand it back.

Yes. Your products, orders and customers live in Shopify, not in the theme, so switching later only changes the look. Sellout is $297, or $397 installed.
