Yes. A theme sits on top of a Shopify store, so you open the store first at shopify.com. Shopify bills its own plan, about $39 a month on Basic (less if you pay yearly). That's Shopify, not us; the theme has no monthly fee.

Then either upload the theme with the 10-minute video, or pick Installed + optimized and we do it. For that you add us as a collaborator: Shopify gives you a 4-digit code under Settings → Users, so we never need your password, and you can remove us any time.

• Drops + preorders: regular products sell as normal; the password page and header countdown run the drop. Preorders: turn on Continue selling when out of stock. Deposits need a preorder app. Want a full drop page while the store stays open? That's Sellout.
• Size finder: height/weight quiz plus your own size chart, set once for the store (not per product). Per-product fit is in Sellout.
• Landing pages: yes, any page you make in Shopify, built with sections (VIP list, in-store QR code link).
• Klaviyo / Shopify Email: signups save as Shopify customers with email consent, which both use. The password page has a box for a Klaviyo or SMS form.
• No code: product page, menus, collections, video banner and mobile are all in the theme editor.
• Costs: all of the above is in the theme, one-time. You'd still pay your Shopify plan, Klaviyo past its free tier, and a preorder app only for deposits.

Yes, on any plan with an online store: Basic, Shopify, Advanced or Plus. It's an Online Store 2.0 theme, so you upload it under Online Store → Themes. The Starter plan has no theme store, so it won't work there.

Tell us your apps before you buy and we'll check each one. Email, SMS and pixel apps (Klaviyo, Postscript, Meta pixel) connect as app embeds and keep running, and so do floating review badges. Skeleton's product page has no app-block slot, so a widget that needs one (some reviews or subscription widgets) takes a small code add; we'll tell you up front if yours does. Your products, customers, orders and reviews live in Shopify and carry over.

Your products, collections, customers, orders, metafields and apps live in Shopify, not in the theme, so they stay. Reviews stay in your reviews app, and Klaviyo or Postscript keep running because they connect to Shopify, not the theme. What you redo is the look: sections, colors and menus. Installed + optimized does that part for you. Tell us which apps you run and we'll tell you straight if any need a tweak.

The password page, countdown, cart rewards and size finder are in the theme's own code, so there's no extra app script for each one, and the theme's scripts load deferred so the page draws first. Shopify hosts the store, so drop-night traffic runs on Shopify's servers. Check it yourself: run any of the live stores on this page through Google PageSpeed Insights (pagespeed.web.dev).

You can. AI or a $150 theme gets you a layout; you still decide what goes where and test it on real phones. Skeleton's choices were made on live client stores: find-your-size on the product page, a two-tier spend bar with a free gift in the cart, sold-out pieces kept visible, and a password page that collects emails and texts before a release. For a simple drop, yes: password page with a countdown and email + SMS signup, plus a header countdown. Bundles, gift tiers up to 3, drop tabs, the chat assistant and Insights are Sellout.

No. Updates are included for the store you license it on, for life.

Per our refund policy, theme sales are final once your download link is delivered, because it's a file you keep. If the link never arrives and we can't get you access, you get a refund.
