Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
For eligible digital products:

Custom Website Services (Manual Delivery)
Custom website builds are not instant downloads and require onboarding and production.
Delivery Process:

After purchase, the customer must complete the onboarding form.

Onboarding collects site access, references, and assets.

Production begins once onboarding is completed.

Delivery timeframe is provided on the product page and may vary depending on responsiveness and scope.

Website access is provided digitally (Shopify collaborator access, login credentials, or live URL).

No physical materials are shipped.
Important Notes on Custom Services

Once production begins, the service is considered delivered upon access being provided.

Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final once work has started.
